This encompassed overseeing design selection, permitting and trade awards, with a focus on upgrading the lobby and creating a rooftop amenities space. The lobby received a makeover with woodwork, upgraded electrical systems, and curated artwork. Meanwhile, the rooftop was transformed into a vibrant community space with pergolas, a 3-seasons room, and amenities like outdoor kitchens and fire tables.
